Parfaits made with whipped chocolate and cheesecake

These delectable parfaits mix the opulent textures of chocolate cheesecake with the airy texture of whipped cream, resulting in a delightful dessert that is suitable for any occasion!
Parts and pieces:
With regard to the layer of chocolate cheesecake:
1 container of cream cheese, softened, eight ounces in total
Granulated sugar, one-half cup
Half a cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of essence of vanilla bean
To prepare the layer of whipped cream:
10 ounces of thick cream
Half a cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of essence of vanilla bean
Crumbs from Graham crackers, for assembly purposes
Optional chocolate shavings are included.
How to proceed:
Put together the layer of chocolate cheesecake:
Cream cheese and sugar should be mixed together in a medium basin and beaten until smooth.
Cream the cocoa powder, sour cream, and vanilla extract together until they are completely incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
Put together the layer of whipped cream:
Heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should be whipped together in a separate basin until stiff peaks form.
Putting together the parfaits:
In separate parfait glasses or jars, add the chocolate cheesecake mixture, graham cracker crumbs, and whipped cream. Repeat this process multiple times.
The layers should be repeated until the glasses are completely.
Garnish and serve: If you so choose, you can sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
Serve chilled, and have pleasure in it!
It is also possible to incorporate some crushed chocolate biscuits or almonds in between the layers in order to offer a different texture to the dish.
These parfaits can be prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator for up to two days if they are stored properly.
